How To Lose Arm Fat – The Obvious Way
If you've been looking into how to lose arm fat, you may have already come across this method. It's pretty straightforward and is the most obvious solution to get rid of arm fat, and it's extremely cost-effective and simple so I'd definitely recommend giving it a try if arm fat is your only body issue.
Ready for it?
Lift weights. Get yourself a set of free weights and set aside an hour 3 times a week to do some lifting. Remember to start small, we're not looking to enter strongman competitions here, we just want to get rid of arm fat. My recommendation would be to do start off with 10 sets of 5 reps for each exercise, probably using no more than 10 pounds per arm. Eventually, you can do more reps and fewer sets, but for now we just want to get our arms accustomed to lifting without causing any muscle damage.
There are a number of different exercises you can do. A quick search for "tricep weight exercises" on youtube or google should be enough to get you started, but if you're at all unsure of how to perform any of these exercises, don't do them. Make sure you know exactly what you're doing, and start slow. Once you get the motions down, feel free to go at whatever speed is recommended for the given exercise that you are following.
If you have any kind of joint problems, arthritis, carpal tunnel, or anything like that, you should consult with your doctor before undertaking any sort of weight lifting regimen. If your body is not equipped for it, weight lifting can do more harm than good. For those of you that can't lift weights, or just simply don't want to, there will be plenty of suggestions on how to lose arm fat without weight lifting in future updates.
